If you are not offered a shipping option during checkout the weight of your order is too heavy to be shipped by Royal Mail in one order. Please consider making separate orders. This will allow us to calculate the cheapest delivery price for your order.

Alternatively, logon on to save your shopping cart, and then please use the contact us page.

If you do not choose recorded/Next Day or International Signed For options for your shipping we cannot be held responsible for mail that does not arrive.

Returns

1. If you wish to cancel your order, you can notify us by email:

before we have dispatched the goods to you, that you wish to cancel your order. Sub clause 2a below will apply.
where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 2b below.

2a You can cancel your order with us for any reason at any time within 14 days of placing the order for a full refund where goods have not been dispatched. An admin fee will be charged, £2 for orders under £50, £3 for orders over £50

2b You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. An admin fee will be charged, £3 for orders under £50, £5 for orders between £50 and £200, and £10 for orders over £200.

3. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

4. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 2 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
